AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments Section
615 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent Count (1968
Edition being Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland as amended) title "Kent County" subtitle "County
Commissioners" to provide for the impoundment and disposal
of unlicensed or dangerous dogs and penalties for violations
thereof.

AN ACT to add new Section 475—D to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Kent County (1967 Edition and 1975 Supplement
being Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland) title "Kent County" subtitle "Planning and Zoning"
to establish minimum standards for governing grading and
sediment control, by establishing minimum requirements for
clearing, grading, filling, and water handling on land for
control of soil erosion and sediment; and to establish
procedures by which these requirements are to be
administered and enforced.

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments
sub-section 1a of Section 704 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Kent County (1968 Edition being Article 15 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland as amended) title
"Kent County", subtitle "County Commissioners" to authorize
the County Commissioners of Kent County to amend the
requirements of a meeting from monthly to once every two
months, and to add new sub—section f to Section 1 to
authorize the County Commissioners of Kent County to
reimburse members of the Commission for reasonable expenses
incurred in their duties.
