CHARTER AMENDMENT 78-1
A RESOLUTION AND ORDINANCE to Amend Section 17-5(g) of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County,
Maryland, (1963 Edition) as amended 1969, titled, "Cottage
City," and subtitled, "Town Officers," and subheaded,
"Compensation," being a part of the Charter of Cottage City,
Maryland, removing old limitations of salaries and
permitting salaries not to exceed $50.00 per month for
Chairman-Commissioner; not to exceed $50.00 per month for
Police—Commissioner; not to exceed $50.00 per month for
other Commissioner; and the salary for Treasurer or
Clerk-Treasurer to be at the sole discretion of Cottage City
Commissioners.
[Section 17—5(g) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, as found in the 1963 Edition and
1967 Supplement, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date June 1, 1978]

CHARTER AMENDMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 72
RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority contained in
Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland,
and Section 12 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, entitled "Municipal Corporations", as said Section
was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND
THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1966
EDITION), BY REPEALING AND REENACTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 192, TITLED 'MEMORIAL HOSPITAL', SUB-TITLE 'BOARD OF
GOVERNORS.'"
[Section 192 of the Charter of Cumberland, Allegany
County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date August 9, 1978]
