RESOLUTION NO. 251

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 30

A Resolution of the Commissioners of Aberdeen, adopted
pursuant to the authority and provisions of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland and of Article 23a of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 16 of Article
13 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, Harford County Code
(1965 Edition, as amended), title "Harford County", subtitle
"Aberdeen", increasing the maximum monthly pension for
retired employees of the Town of Aberdeen from Two Hundred
Dollars ($200.00) to Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).

[Section 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford
County (1965 Edition and 1971 Supplement), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date February 13, 1978]

RESOLUTION NO. 258

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 31

A Resolution of The Commissioners of Aberdeen adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution
of Maryland and of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition and amendments thereto), title
"Corporations — Municipal", to amend the Charter of The
Commissioners of Aberdeen by repealing and re—enacting, with
amendments, Section 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Harford County (1965 Edition and amendments thereto), title
"Harford County", subtitle "Aberdeen", expanding the
authority of the Commissioners to pay pensions to retired
persons, who have complied with the requirements set forth
in a plan entitled Commissioners of Aberdeen Pension Plan
and Trust Agreement, said Agreement to be passed by the
Commissioners of Aberdeen pursuant to this Charter Amendment
and changed or amended from time to time as may be deemed
appropriate by the said Commissioners of Aberdeen.

County (1965 Edition and 1971 Supplement), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.
