SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Liquor
Control Board of Garrett County shall implement the
provisions of this Act within 60 days of the effective date
of this emergency measure.

Washington County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Sale of Wine at Wineries)

FOR the purpose of permitting wineries in Washington County
to sell wine on the premises under certain conditions.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 12B(c)

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

12B.

(c) This license may be issued in:

(1)  Carroll County, [and]

(2)  Frederick County[.], AND

(3)  WASHINGTON COUNTY, BUT THIS LICENSE DOES NOT
PERMIT SALES OF WINE ON SUNDAYS IN SUCH COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.
