JOINT RESOLUTIONS

RESOLVED, That the Department of Natural Resources is
requested to place nonnavigational buoy Barkers at the site
where Francis Scott Key wrote the Star Spangled Banner; and
be it further

RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution be sent to the
Honorable James R. Coulter, Department of Natural Resources,
Tawes State Office Building, Annapolis, Maryland 21401; to
the Honorable James Clark, Jr., President of the Senate; and
to the Honorable Benjamin L. Cardin, Speaker of the House.
