HARRY HUGHES, Governor 217 (2) THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE SHALL BE THE (3) THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES SHALL DESIGNATE A MEDICAL (I) ARRANGE FOR AND PASS ON ALL MEDICAL (II) INVESTIGATE ALL ESSENTIAL STATEMENTS AND (III) REPORT IN WRITING TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES (4) THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES SHALL DESIGNATE AN ACTUARY (I) BE THE TECHNICAL ADVISER OF THE BOARD OF (II) PERFORM ANY OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED IN (5) UNTIL THE INITIAL INVESTIGATION OF THE MORTALITY, (I) ADOPT FOR THIS PENSION SYSTEM THE MORTALITY (II) CERTIFY THE RATES OF CONTRIBUTION PAYABLE (6) (A) IN 1983 AND AT LEAST ONCE IN EACH 5-YEAR (I) AN ACTUARIAL INVESTIGATION INTO THE (II) A VALUATION OF THE ASSETS AND (B) TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE RESULT OF THE (I) ADOPT FOR THIS PENSION SYSTEM THE |
