Article - Transportation
Section 21-1306(b)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1977 Volume and 1978 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Transportation

21-1306.

(b) A [person] MINOR may not operate or ride on a
motorcycle unless the [person] MINOR is wearing protective
headgear that meets the standards established by the
Administrator.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Property Tax Credit — Increase of Assessment
in Excess of 15 Percent

FOR the purpose of extending the program of property tax
credits based on assessment increases for a certain
