(County Dispensary System)

FOR the purpose of eliminating in Harford County the County
liquor dispensary system; creating and generally
relating to a new class of alcoholic beverage license
in that County; limiting the number of certain licenses
available; changing the distribution of revenue
received; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages
in Harford County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

(G) (4) LICENSEES UNDER THIS SUBSECTION MAY APPLY FOR

AN OPTION TO THEIR LICENSE WHICH IS GOVERNED BY THE

PROVISIONS OF SECTION 18(o) AND l8(N).

(O)(1) IN HARFORD COUNTY THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS:

(I) 7 DAY LICENSE - $1,250 - CLASS A-1
OFF-SALE BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE.
