(4) REIMBURSEMENT MAY NOT BE MADE FOR PERSONNEL
COSTS NECESSARY TO OPERATE THE 911 SYSTEM.

(5)    REIMBURSEMENT MAY NOT BE MADE FOR BUILDING
CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, OR RENOVATION PURPOSES.

(6)    FOR A COUNTY OR A MULTICOUNTY AREA WITH A
POPULATION OF LESS THAN 100,000 PERSONS, REIMBURSEMENT MAY
NOT EXCEED $50,000 PER COUNTY.

(7)    FOR A COUNTY OF MULTICOUNTY AREA WITH A
POPULATION BETWEEN 100,000 AND 150,000 250,000 PEOPLE,
FUNDS FOR A 911 SYSTEM MAY NOT EXCEED $200,000 $250,000 PER
COUNTY.

(8)    FOR A COUNTY OR MULTICOUNTY AREA WITH A
POPULATION OF MORE THAN 150,000 250,000 PERSONS,
REIMBURSEMENT MAY NOT EXCEED $500,000 $800.000 PER COUNTY.

(9) NO SUBDIVISION MAY RECEIVE FUNDS IN EXCESS

OF $500,000 $800,000 UNDER THIS PROGRAM.

(C) A SUBDIVISION MAY NOT RECEIVE FUNDS IN EXCESS OF

$800,000 UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

(House Bill 1088)

AN ACT concerning

Industrial Development Authority Bonds

FOR the purpose of changing the definition of "industrial
building" or "buildings" so as to permit
municipalities, counties, and industrial development
authorities to issue revenue bonds for the financing of
all types of buildings, structures, properties, and
facilities, with a certain exception, and so as to
permit those industrial buildings to bo sold or leased
to nonindustrial conc
erns; changing the definition of
"industrial concern" to include any person or entity
who or which
partnership, commercial,or office building

concern that engages in the acquisition of industrial

buildings or port facilities for his or its own use,
for use by any other person or entity, or for use by
both, for any of the purposes permitted by the
subheading regarding "Industrial Buildings for Counties
