SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Practice of Electrology

FOR the purpose of establishing a State Board of
Electrologists; providing for the composition of the
Board; delineating the powers and duties of the Board;
providing for the operation and procedures of the
Board; requiring licensing of certain individuals;
establishing licensing qualifications, fees, and
procedures; providing for education programs and
examinations; providing for the discipline of
licensees; prohibiting certain acts; imposing certain
criminal penalties; providing for the termination of
the Board; and relating generally to the practice of
electrology; and making this Act an emergency measure.
