(a) Beginning for the same at a point on the
shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay, the point being positioned
by Maryland State grid coordinates at north 320353.036 east
934307. 069 leaving the shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay and
running for the newly established County line between Anne
Arundel County and Calvert County as surveyed November 1975
by John E. Harms, Jr. & Associates, Inc., and referring the
courses and coordinates of this description to the Maryland
State grid meridian.
lb) North 28 degrees 44 minutes 31 seconds west
540.00 feet to a brass plaque engraved "Anne Arundel County
— Calvert County Boundary Line No. 1" set in the concrete
bridge abutment on the easterly side of Maryland Route 261,
continuing along the same course 1,451.15 feet to an old
county line monument found engraved "Anne Arundel County
1824" on one side and "Calvert County 1824" on the opposite
side, continuing along the same course 1,958.60 feet to a
monument set at an angle point in the county line at
coordinate point north 3 23816.165 east 932407.776, the
monument having a brass plaque set and engraved "Anne
Arundel County — Calvert County Boundary Line No. 2,"
comprising a total distance of 3,949.75 feet from the point
of beginning, leaving monument No. 2 and running along the
County line.
(c) South 88 degrees 53 minutes 16 seconds west,
8,779.72 feet, to a monument set on the easterly side of
Maryland Route 613, the monument having a brass plague set
and engraved "Anne Arundel County — Calvert County Boundary
Line No. 3," continuing along the same course 8,858.87 feet
to a monument set on the easterly side of old Maryland Route
2, the monument having a brass plaque set and engraved "Anne
Arundel County — Calvert County Boundary Line No. 4,"
continuing along the same course 2,375.13 feet to a monument
set on the southerly side of Maryland Route 260, the
monument having a brass plaque set and engraved "Anne
Arundel County — Calvert County Boundary Line No. 5,"
continuing along the same course 3,189.11 feet to an old
county line monument found at an angle point in the county
