Calvert County — Clarification of Local Laws
FOR the purpose of striking obsolete and redundant sections
of the Calvert County Code of Public Local Laws;
clarifying language; renumbering as appropriate;
transferring certain provisions of the Calvert County
Code of Public Local Laws to the Public General Laws;
making the Calvert County Code of Public Local Laws
more clear and readable; excepting the acquisition, of
certain property from competitive bidding procedures;
and generally relating to a certain conciseness,
clarity and contemporary approach to that Code.
