SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 18-8 of the Code of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District be renumbered to be Section(s)
18—9, being also Section(s) 86—18—8 of the Public Local Laws
of Montgomery County being Article 16 of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 86—18—9,
being also Section(s) 18—8 of Appendix 1 of the Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County being Article 17 of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
18—9 of Appendix 1.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Code of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District and
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland be repealed,
amended, or enacted to read as follows:
