CHAPTER 654

(House Bill 1586)

AN ACT concerning

Warrantless Arrests - State Fire Marshal

FOR the purpose of permitting the State Fire Marshal or a
deputy and full—time assistants of the office of the
State Fire Marshal to make warrantless arrests of
certain persons for certain crimes; and generally
relating to warrantless arrests.

BY adding to

Article 21 - Crimes and Punishments

Section 594C-2 594B(f-1)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1976 Replacement Volume and 1978 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
