(a) The maximum amounts payable from the Fund for
claims filed under § 243H shall be [twenty thousand dollars
($20,000.00)] $25,000 $20,000 exclusive of interest and
costs, on account of injury to, or death of, one person in
any one accident; and subject to such limit for any one
person so injured or killed, [forty thousand dollars
($40,000.00) ] $50,000 $40,000, exclusive of interest and
costs, on account of injury to, or death of, more than one
person in any one accident; and [five thousand dollars
($5,000.00)] $10,000, exclusive of interest and costs, for
damages to property in any one accident, Where there are
three or more qualified claimants, the court or courts shall
order payments on a pro rata basis.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

Harford County — Paddle Wheels, Raffles and Bingo

FOR the purpose of permitting the Sheriff of Harford County
to issue a license to certain organizations to conduct
certain games under certain conditions; providing for
organizations which fail to file certain reports;
providing penalties; and providing for the enforcement
of this Act.
