Annotated Code of Maryland

(1975 Replacement Volume and 1978 Supplement)

SECTION 1- BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes

14B.

One or more copies of the most current Maryland
assessment manual AND THE ASSESSORS' ADMINISTRATIVE
PROCEDURES MANUAL, and the annual supplements [thereto] TO
THEM, which are published by the State Department of
Assessments and Taxation and which are used by the assessors
in valuing real property for assessment purposes, shall be
supplied to all public and branch libraries in the State of
Maryland as scon after issuance as practicable.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 19 79.

Postmortem Examiners — State Assumption

FOR the purpose of providing for State assumption of costs
in relation to the Department of Postmortem Examiners
at a certain time; providing for the transfer of
