(2)   THIS SUBSECTION APPLIES IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES:

(II)   SOMERSET COUNTY

(3)   THE County Commissioners may negotiate with
any governmental body or agency located within the county
for the sale of real property no longer needed by the county
school board, without advertising the property for sale,
after three independent appraisals have been obtained. Any
proceedings for acquisition by condemnation shall be taken
pursuant to Title 12 of the Real Property Article of the
Code,

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning

Somerset County and Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Alcoholic Content of Light Vine)

FOR the purpose of altering the maximum percentage of
alcoholic content in light wines sold in Somerset

County; and providing in Worcester__ and Somerset

Counties that a person under a certain age may only
possess light wine of a certain percentage of alcohol.
