Ch. 556

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed, amended, or
enacted to read as follows:

Article 43 - Health

266B.

WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER CONVICTION, A COURT SHALL REPORT
TO THE BOARD OF PHARMACY EACH CONVICTION OF A PHARMACIST
FOR:

(1)   A CRIME INVOLVING PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT
RESPECTING THE PHARMACY OR DRUG LAWS; OR

(2)   A CRIME INVOLVING THE STATE UNIFORM NARCOTIC
ACT
LAW REGARDING CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES OR THE
FEDERAL NARCOTIC LAWS.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.
