(I) THE PARCHMENT OR OTHER MATERIAL ON
WHICH PASSAGES FROM THE BIBLE ARE TO BE WRITTEN;

OTHER MATERIAL;

(II) THE WRITING ON THAT PARCHMENT OR

(III)  THE CAPSULES IN WHICH THE PARCHMENT
OR OTHER MATERIAL IS CONTAINED; AND

(IV)   THE STRAPS ATTACHED TO THE CAPSULES.

14-902. CONSTRUCTION.

A FALSE REPRESENTATION PROHIBITED BY THIS SUBTITLE
INCLUDES:

(1)    ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENT THAT DIRECTLY
OR INDIRECTLY TENDS TO DECEIVE OR OTHERWISE LEAD A
REASONABLE INDIVIDUAL TO BELIEVE THAT A NONKOSHER PRODUCT IS
KOSHER; AND

(2)    THE POSSESSION FOR SALE OF ANY NONKOSHER
PRODUCT IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS THAT ADVERTISES THE SALE OF
ONLY KOSHER PRODUCTS.

PART II. FOOD PRODUCTS.

[14-902] 14-903. [Kosher meat and] SALE OF food products -
FALSE OR MISLEADING REPRESENTATIONS.

(A)

A person may not[

(1) With intent to     defraud, sell] SELL or

[display] OFFER for sale any     [meat which] FOOD THAT he

falsely represents [as] TO BE     kosher OR KOSHER FOR
PASSOVER[;].

[(2) Falsely] (B) A PERSON MAY NOT FALSELY
represent any food [product] or the contents of any package
or container to be kosher OR KOSHER FOR PASSOVER by having
or permitting to be inscribed on it, IN ANY LANGUAGE, the
[word] WORDS "kosher", "KOSHER STYLE", "PARVE", OR "GLATT"
[in any language;].

(C)         A PERSON MAY NOT SELL OR OFFER FOR SALE ANY

NONKOSHER FOOD THAT IS LABELED OR ADVERTISED WITH THE WORDS

"JEWISH OR "HEBREW," WHETHER ALONE OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH

THE WORDS "STYLE", "TYPE", OR ANY SIMILAR EXPRESSION, UNLESS

THE WORD "NONKOSHER" ALSO IS DISPLAYED PROMINENTLY ON THE

LABEL OR ADVERTISEMENT.

(D) (1) IN THIS SUBSECTION, "HEBREW SYMBOL" MEANS
(I) ANY HEBREW WORD OR LETTER; OR
