AN ACT concerning

Community Development Administration

FOR the purpose of making certain findings with respect to
home ownership; enabling the Secretary of Economic and
Community Development to set different income limits
for purposes of families of limited income; enabling
the Community Development Administration to establish a
mortgage purchase program and a loans to mortgage
lenders program; specifying its authority to carry out
the programs; specifying certain requirements; defining
certain terms; and generally relating to the Community
Development Administration,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That Section(s) 266DD-3(g) of Article 41

Governor — Executive and Administrative Departments, of the

Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
266DD-3(h).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed, amended, or
enacted to read as follows:
