(4) UNSECURED CLAIMS OF INDIVIDUALS, TO THE
EXTENT OF $900 FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL, ARISING FROM THE
DEPOSIT, BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE CASE, OF MONEY IN
CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE, LEASE, OR RENTAL OF PROPERTY,
OR THE PURCHASE OF SERVICES, FOR THE PERSONAL, FAMILY, OR
HOUSEHOLD USE OF THE INDIVIDUALS, THAT WERE NOT DELIVERED OR
PROVIDED;

[(4)] (5) Rent for any interest in real property
in the State due not more than three months before the
execution of the assignment or institution of the insolvency
proceeding;

[(5)] (6) Charges in connection with the
transportation of goods advanced by one common carrier to
another on behalf of a consignor or consignee not more than
three months before the assignment or institution of the
insolvency proceeding;

[(6)] (7) Taxes not included in paragraph (1)
(3) of this subsection; and

[(7)](8) Claims of unsecured creditors.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

(Senate Bill 840)

AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt —

Baltimore County Critical Flood Control

Watershed Management Program

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt
in the amount of not more than $11,000,000 $1,000,000,
the proceeds to be used for flood control watershed
management in the Gwynn's Falls, Patapsco River, and
Gunpowder watersheds, subject to the condition that
Baltimore County provide a matching fund of up to
$3,670,000 $1,000,000 by a certain date for the same
purpose; and providing generally for the issue and sale
of bonds evidencing the loan.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
