AN ACT concerning

State Colleges and Universities - Police Forces

FOR the purpose of specifying that each State university and
college has may have a police force; defining the
powers of the officers; requiring the Board of Trustees
of State Universities and Colleges to adopt certain
rules and regulations; excluding certain officers from
certain rules and regulations; and repealing certain
redundant provisions.

Frostburg State College.", 14-401 and the
subtitle "Subtitle 4. Towson State
University.", and 14-501 and the subtitle
