in connection therewith; and providing generally for
the issue and sale of bonds evidencing the loan;
amending Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972, the General
Construction Loan of 1972, to reduce the appropriation
for construction of the Legislative Services Building
and to provide funds to correct fire safety
deficiencies in State facilities in Annapolis; amending
Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975, the General
Construction Loan of 1975, to change the appropriation
for construction of an addition at the Elk Neck — Black
Hill Ranger Station from preparation of preliminary
plans to preparation of detailed plans; amending
Chapter 886 of the Acts of 197 5, the General
Construction Loan of 1975, to reduce the appropriation
to supplement the appropriation for construction of
Physical Education Building, Phase II at the University
of Maryland College Park Campus and to provide funds
for site improvements, to include a four—lane running
track and three multipurpose fields on adjacent lands
at the University of Maryland College Park Campus and
to reduce the appropriation for the renovation of the
Old School Hall Building at the Charlotte Hall School
and to provide funds for the design of a new building
for the Southern Maryland Regional Library Resource
Center; amending Chapter 671 of the Acts of 1977, the
General Construction Loan of 1977, to delete funds for
the construction of a Fire Rescue Services Building and

to provide funds for the design and construction of

alterations and an addition to Building 007 to house
the College People Volunteer Fire Department and
University of Maryland Staff; amending Chapter 671 of
the Acts of 1977, the General Construction Loan of
1977, to change renovation of existing barns to provide
personnel space and an observation and visitor center

for public viewing of wildlife to design and

construction of a visitor center for public viewing of
wildlife; and amending Chapter 975 795, Acts of 1978,
the General Construction Loan of 1978, to reduce the
appropriation for construction of a
Maintenance-warehouse Building at Salisbury State
College and to provide funds for equipment for a
Maintenance—Warehouse Building at Salisbury State
College.
