(2) A LOCAL ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE AGENCY MUST
ACCEPT THE ASSIGNMENT OF A COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKER ON THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY THE COURT.
(3) A LOCAL ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE AGENCY MAY
REPORT THE UNSUITABILITY OF A COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKER TO
THE COURT. IF A WORKER IS REPORTED TO BE UNSUITABLE, THE
COURT SHALL REMOVE THE WORKER FROM A PROJECT AND, AFTER
CONSIDERING ALL THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES, MAY REASSIGN
THE WORKER OR TAKE OTHER ACTION ALLOWED BY LAW.
(4) NOTHING IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE CONSTRUED
AS A LIMITATION ON THE AUTHORITY OF THE COURT TO DIRECT ANY
JUVENILE WHO HAS BEEN ADJUDGED DELINQUENT OR ANY DEFENDANT
IN A CRIMINAL CASE TO MAKE RESTITUTION TO THE VICTIM OF A
PARTICULAR CRIME OR TO PERFORM CERTAIN SERVICES FOR THE
VICTIM AS AN ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF RESTITUTION, EITHER AS A
CONDITION OF PROBATION, CONDITION OF SUSPENDED SENTENCE OR
IN LIEU OF PAYMENT OF ANY FINES OR COURT COSTS IMPOSED,
UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE DIVISION OF PAROLE AND
PROBATION OR ANY OTHER AGENCY OR INDIVIDUAL AS DIRECTED BY
THE COURT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

AN ACT concerning
Montgomery County - Elections - Ballot Tabulation

FOR the purpose of permitting in Montgomery County only the
establishment of a process whereby ballots may be
prepared for tabulation prior to the close of the
polls, subject to a certain limitation; and providing a
penalty.
