SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

(j) "License holder" or "licensee" means the holder of
any license or permit, issued under the provisions of this
article or of any other law of this State, and includes a
county liquor control board and a county dispensary. FOR
THE DELIVERY AND BILLING PURPOSES OF SECTIONS 6(B) AND 7(B)
OF THIS ARTICLE, "LICENSE HOLDER" OR "LICENSEE" SHALL ALSO
MEAN A CORPORATION ON WHOSE BEHALF AN INDIVIDUAL OR
INDIVIDUALS HAVE OBTAINED A LICENSE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.

Muskrat and Mink Trapping and Hunting

FOR the purpose of permitting the hunting or trapping of
mink or muskrat between certain dates in areas of this
State for which some other provision of law has not
been made.
