On page 14 of the printed bill under the heading      of

"Board of Public Works — Revenue Deficiency   Fund" in    the

line 792 entitled "General Fund Appropriation", strike      out

the numerals "6,000,000" and insert in lieu thereof    the

numeral "0". Supplemental Budget No. 1 reduced   the original
appropriation from "12,000,000" to "6,000,000".

AMENDMENT NO. 3

On page 68 of the printed bill under the heading "Medi-
cal Care Programs Administration" and in the program
entitled "Medical Assistance Provider Reimbursements" delete
the wording in the appropriation language beginning in line
3795 - "the repeal of Article 43, Section 42A. If Section
42A of Article 43 is not repealed, this portion of the
appropriation shall revert to the General Treasury" and sub-
stitute in lieu thereof the following: "either (1) the fail-
ure of both S.B. 514 and H.B. 851 and both the enactment of
S.B. 1011 and/or H.B. 1652 and the enactment of S.B. 435
and/or H.B. 766, or (2) the enactment of S.B. 514 and H.B.
851".
