filing fees of Maryland cor-
porations in accordance with
Article 81, Section 247C.

an estimate; it is the
intention that the amount to
be distributed shall be the
actual share of the revenue
received.

Counties of the State: The

respective shares due them

in lieu of property and

income taxes in accordance

with Article 81, Section 12H

provided that $10,222,000 of

this amount is contingent

upon the passage of legis-
lation amending Article 81,

Section 12H of the 1975 Re-
placement Volume of the

Annotated Code.

Provided that the reduction of

$1,500,000 is contingent

upon enactment of S.B. 435

or H.B. 766 and if either of

these bills are not enacted

into law the reduction of
