Vehicle Laws

FOR the purpose of providing that a person may not drive a
motor vehicle on certain private and public property
while his license is refused, canceled, suspended, or
revoked.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 16—303

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article — Transportation

16-303.

A person may not drive a motor vehicle on any highway
[in this State] OR ON ANY PROPERTY SPECIFIED IN § 21-101.1
OF THIS ARTICLE while his license or privilege to drive is
refused, canceled, suspended, or revoked in this State or a
license issued by any other state is cancelled, suspended,
or revoked.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Public Drainage Associations

FOR the purpose of requiring that, in certain instances, the
State Secretary of Agriculture, the State Soil
Conservation Committee, or the appropriate Board of
County Commissioners be sent certain notices about and
reports of public drainage associations, boards of
drainage viewers, and boards of managers; providing for
hiring of certain engineers; correcting certain
obsolete references; numbering certain provisions; and
generally relating to drainage projects.
