AN ACT concerning

Corrective Bill - Article 78A
"Public Works"

FOR the purpose of correcting technical errors in certain
sections of Article 78A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 78A — Public Works

Section 16D(g)

Annotated Code of Maryland

{1975 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 78A - Public Works

16D.

(g) The Attorney General shall conduct an
investigation of the matters to be determined by the Board
in any hearing under this section and shall present to the
Board, as a party to the proceedings, such evidence as he
deems appropriate. Hearings under this section shall be
conducted in accordance with [Article 41] ARTICLE 41,
subtitle 24, the Administrative Procedure Act, and any party
aggrieved by a decision of the Board is entitled to judicial
review.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
