452 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 22 "DISABLED INDIVIDUAL" MEANS AN INDIVIDUAL WHO: (1) HAS A SEVERE PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY (2) CAN BE EXPECTED TO REQUIRE MULTIPLE OF TIME; AND (3) WHOSE DISABILITY: (I) RESULTS FROM AMPUTATION, ARTHRITIS, BLINDNESS, CANCER, CEREBRAL PALSY, CYSTIC FIBROSIS, DEAFNESS, HEART DISEASE, HEMIPLEGIA, HEMOPHILIA, RESPIRATORY OR PULMONARY DYSFUNCTION, MENTAL RETARDATION, MENTAL ILLNESS, MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY, MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS, NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS--INCLUDING STROKE AND EPILEPSY, PARAPLEGIA, QUADRAPLEGIA AND OTHER SPINAL CORD CONDITIONS, SICKLE CELL ANEMIA, OR END STAGE RENAL DISEASE; OR (II) IS DETERMINED BY AN EVALUATION OF REHABILITATION POTENTIAL TO CAUSE COMPARABLE SUBSTANTIAL REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears as The only changes are in style.
