THERE IS A MARYLAND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT - NURSE (1) IS ACCREDITED BY THE AMA OR ANA; (2) PRODUCES GRADUATES ELIGIBLE TO TAKE: (I) THE PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (II) THE PRIMARY CARE IN ADULT AND FAMILY (3) IS PART OF, OR HAS A FORMAL ARRANGEMENT (4) FOCUSES ON DEVELOPING PRIMARY CARE SKILLS (5) IS NOT A SPECIALTY PROGRAM IN A DISCIPLINE (D) AMOUNT OF GRANT. THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF GRANTS TO AN ELIGIBLE (1) $3,000 FOR EACH PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT; AND (2) $1,500 FOR EACH NURSE PRACTITIONER. (E) AMOUNT OF GRANT IF FUNDS EXHAUSTED. IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE GRANTS TO BE MADE UNDER THIS (1) THE AMOUNT REQUIRED TO PAY GRANTS FOR THAT (2) THE RATIO OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT APPROPRIATED (F) GRANT PROHIBITED FOR CENTER THAT DISCONTINUES
