for a clear statement on prohibition of through truck
traffic on designated highways and alleys.

property tax credits for the use INSTALLATION of solar
energy heating and cooling equipment pursuant to the
provisions of Section 12F-5 of Article 81, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland.
