Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement, being Article I of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland) titled "Allegany County", subtitle
"Hawkers and Peddlers" to follow Section 298,
establishing hours and conduct of certain door—to—door
salesmen in Allegany County, Maryland.

A PUBLIC LOCAL LAW TO ADD A NEW SECTION 45A TO THE CODE OF
PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF ALLEGANY COUNTY (1963 EDITION AND
1973 SUPPLEMENT) TO ESTABLISH THE FIRST AND THIRD
FRIDAYS OF EACH MONTH AS SPECIFIED LEGISLATIVE DAYS ON
WHICH THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ALLEGANY
COUNTY MAY MEET FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENACTING PUBLIC
LOCAL LAWS.

AN ACT to Amend Section 117—A of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement, being Article I of the Code of Public Local
Law of Maryland) titled "Allegany County" subtitle
"Supervision and licensing of Dogs" to follow after
Section 117—M and to establish and define the duties of
the Animal Control Advisory Board.
[This Act added new Section 117A(n) to the Public Local
Laws of Allegany County.]
