(i) Effective 12:01 a.m.,
February 23, 1978, order each industrial and
commercial customer immediately to curtail the
use of electricity to a level of approximately 90
percent of the customer's usage in the
corresponding month of the prior year, adjusted
for any abnormality, such as caused by a strike
action, in the prior year's usage;

[(ii) Effective 12:01 a.m.,
March 2, 1978, order each industrial customer to
curtail the use of electricity to a level of
approximately 70 percent of the customer's usage
in the corresponding month of the prior year,
adjusted for any abnormality, such as caused by a
strike action, in the prior year's usage; and

(iii) Effective 12:01 a.m.,
March 2, 1978, order each commercial customer to
curtail the use of electricity to a level of
approximately 80 percent of the customer's usage
in the corresponding month of the prior year,
adjusted for any abnormality, such as caused by
strike action, in the prior year's usage.]

(II)          EFFECTIVE 12:01 A.M.,
MARCH 8, 1978, ORDER EACH INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMER TO
CURTAIL THE USE OF ELECTRICITY TO A LEVEL OF
APPROXIMATELY 70 PERCENT OF THE CUSTOMER'S USAGE
IN THE CORRESPONDING MONTH OF THE PRIOR YEAR,
ADJUSTED FOR ANY ABNORMALITY, SUCH AS CAUSED BY A
STRIKE ACTION, IN THE PRIOR YEAR'S USAGE; AND

(III)      EFFECTIVE 12:01 A.M.,
MARCH 8, 1978, ORDER EACH COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER TO
CURTAIL THE USE OF ELECTRICITY TO A LEVEL OF
APPROXIMATELY 80 PERCENT OF THE CUSTOMER'S USAGE
IN THE CORRESPONDING MONTH OF THE PRIOR YEAR,
ADJUSTED FOR ANY ABNORMALITY, SUCH AS CAUSED BY
STRIKE ACTION, IN THE PRIOR YEAR'S USAGE.

[(iv)] [(II)] (IV) As used in
this paragraph, "commercial customer" shall not
include any residential use or user.

(b) The use of electricity in each
building, or part of a building, owned, leased,
or occupied by the State, or by a county,
municipality, city, or other public entity in the
service area defined in paragraph 1, shall be
curtailed, effective 12:01 a.m., February 23,
1978, to a level of approximately 90 percent of
the usage in the corresponding month of the prior
