REDUCED UNDER THIS SUBSECTION, THE PAYMENTS PROVIDED FOR IN
THIS SECTION SHALL RESUME ONLY WHEN THE ADMINISTRATION, WITH
THE ADVICE OF THE GOVERNOR'S COMMISSION ON ABANDONMENT AND

RECYCLING OF MOTOR VEHICLES, DETERMINES THAT THE PRICE OF

NUMBER 2 BUNDLES, AS QUOTED IN THE MOST RECENT ISSUE OF

"IRON AGE", IS LESS THAN $67 PER GROSS TON FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE

MONTHS. ORDINARY MARKET FORCES DO REQUIRE THE PAYMENT OF THE
FULL BOUNTY OR PART OF IT TO ENCOURAGE THE REMOVAL AND
DESTRUCTION OF VEHICLES. THE DETERMINATIONS MADE BY THE

ADMINISTRATION UNDER THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO

THE JOINT STANDING COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATIVE, EXECUTIVE
AND LEGISLATIVE REVIEW FOR REVIEW.

(G) PAYMENTS MAY NOT BE MADE FOR ANY VEHICLE

DESTROYED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION DURING ANY PERIOD

WHEN PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED PURSUANT TO SUBSECTIONS
(E) OR (F) OF THIS SECTION.

25-202.

(A) A person nay not abandon a vehicle:

(1)    On any public property; or

(2)    On any property other than his own without
the permission of the owner or lessee of the property.

(E) THE LAST KNOWN REGISTERED OWNER OF AN ABANDONED
VEHICLE IS CONSIDERED TO BE THE PRIMA FACIE OWNER OF THE
VEHICLE AT THE TIME IT WAS ABANDONED AND THE PERSON WHO
ABANDONED IT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979 1978.

Secretary of Personnel in certain instances of
contractual employment; requiring guidelines for
recruitment and selection of contractual employees;

Personnel to take certain actions based on results of
such audits; requiring the Secretary of Personnel to
include certain information in annual reports; defining
