SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 52A - Juvenile Services

20A.

THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE SERVICES SHALL
ESTABLISH WITHIN THE YOUTH SERVICES BUREAU PROGRAM A PROGRAM

OF ASSISTANCE TO PROVIDE RUNAWAY YOUTH HOMES THAT SERVE

CHILDREN IN NEED OF SUPERVISION (CINS) WITH FUNDING GRANTS

AND OTHER ASSISTANCE.

Article — Corporations and Associations

1-203.

In addition to any bonus tax, the Department shall

collect the following fees:

(1) For each of the__following documents, the

recording fee is [$15] $20 plus $2 for each page over five,
and the filing or special fee is as indicated:
