Annotated Code of Maryland

(1974 Volume and 1977 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article — Natural Resources

4-741.

A person in charge of any boat or vessel catching or
transporting shellfish COMMERCIALLY may not carry on board a
domestic animal of any kind.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

Approved May 29, 1978.

Nonsupport of a Spouse

FOR the purpose of extending the criminal prohibition
