College (Baltimore County): Funds for parking at
Towson State College. The amount represents the cost
of surface parking for 600 cars; Towson State College,
with the approval of the Board of Trustees of State
Colleges, may use the funds for part of the cost of
constructing a parking structure to be located in the
built-up area of the campus; the remaining part of the
cost of the parking structure shall be provided by the
college from other than State general obligation bonds
or State general funds; the project is contingent upon
approval of the Board of Trustees of the State Colleges
and the Board of Public Works (Baltimore

Church, Annapolis, Maryland for restoration and
rehabilitation of the Charles Carroll House of
Annapolis, contingent upon assurances by the nonprofit

corporation, Charles Carroll House of Annapolis, Inc.,

parish to the Board of Public Works that the complete
restoration can be accomplished and that no further
State funds will be sought for this restoration. State
