SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

Economic Development

FOR the purpose of repealing the provisions for creation of
the Maryland Economic Development Advisory Commission,
its meetings, and its authority to create certain
advisory groups and for certain annual reports on the
economic welfare of the State's people; specifying that
the Division of Economic Development has certain of the
Commission's duties and authority; and generally
relating to economic development.
