of 1975, relating to the time by which the projects
contained in the General Construction Loan of 1975 must
be placed under contract, insofar as those provisions
relate to an item contained in Chapter 886 of the Acts
of 1975, as amended by Chapter 876 of the Acts of 1976,
for the Board of Public Works, Department of
Agriculture for supplemental funds to design and
prepare detailed plans and specifications for one State
Office Building for the Department of Agriculture;
further suspending the provisions of Section 10 of
Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974, suspended by Section 4
of Chapter 774 of the Acts of 1976, relating to the
time by which projects contained in the General
Construction Loan of 1974 must be placed under
contract, insofar as those provisions relate to an item
contained in Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974 for the
Department of Natural Resources, Tuckahoe State Park
for construction of a Park Superintendent's residence,
to an item contained in Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974
for the University of Maryland, Baltimore City Campus
for the design and preparation of preliminary plans and
specifications for a School of Social Work and
Community Planning, to an item contained in Chapter 289
of the Acts of 1974 for the Department of Economic and
Community Development, Maryland Arts Council to provide
for temperature and humidity control and protection
against fire and theft for the Baltimore Museum of Art,
and to an item contained in Chapter 289 of the Acts of
1974 for the Department of Economic and Community
Development, Maryland Historical Trust for Restoration
of the Washington Monument in the City of Baltimore;
suspending the provisions of Section 1 (8) of Chapter
914 of the Acts of 1976, relating to the time by which
projects contained in the General Construction Loan of
1976 must be placed under contract, insofar as those
provisions relate to items contained in Chapter 914 of
the Acts of 1976 for the Board of Public Works -
General - for the construction of a District
Court/Multiservice Building in Elkton, for the Board of

Public Works - General for supplemental funds for

acquisition of land and/or improvements and design and
preparation of detailed plans and specifications for

five District Courts/Multipurpose Centers, Prince

George's County, for the Board of Public Works -

General for supplemental funds for acquisition of

sites, design, construction and/or purchase of three
facilities to be utilized as District Court Buildings,

Baltimore County, for the Board of Public Works -

General for acquisition of land and planning and

preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a
District Court/Multiservice Center Building in Glen
Burnie, for the Military Department for Construction of
the Frederick Armory, for the Department of Natural
Resources - Maryland Park Service - Tuckahoe State Park
- for design of a day-use area, for the Department of
Agriculture for supplemental funds to design and
prepare detailed plans and specifications for a State
Office Building, for the Department of Health and
