(c) The State Administration shall establish and,
through its division BUREAU of child support enforcement AND
DOMESTIC COLLECTIONS, administer a program for recovery of
child support payments. The Administration may adopt rules
and regulations governing operation of the program.

5A.

The State Administration shall establish and maintain
within its division BUREAU of child support enforcement AND

DOMESTIC COLLECTIONS a central registry of records

containing all available identifying information relating to
parents who have deserted or appear to have deserted
children, whether or not the children are likely, or liable
to be, recipients of public assistance or foster care. To
effectuate the purposes of this section, the State
Administration may request and shall receive from
departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, and other
agencies of the State or any of its political subdivisions,
and the same are authorized to provide, the information,
assistance and data that will enable the State
Administration or the State's attorney of the jurisdiction
involved to locate deserting or absent parents and to
enforce their liability for the support of their children.
Any records established pursuant to this section shall be
available only to authorized representatives of the State
and local departments and other persons having a right to
the records in their official capacities.

59.

    (a) There is a division of child support enforcement

AND DOMESTIC COLLECTIONS in the Social Services

Administration.

Article 89C - Support of Dependents

14.

(b) If the division BUREAU of child support
enforcement AND DOMESTIC COLLECTIONS or a person whom the
division BUREAU approves for child support services is the
petitioner, the petitioner shall be represented as provided
in Article 88A, §59(d)(C).

17.

The division BUREAU of child support enforcement AND

DOMESTIC COLLECTIONS of the State Social Services

Administration is the State information agency under this
article and shall:

(1) Compile a list of the courts and their
addresses in this State having jurisdiction under this
article and transmit the same to the State information
