(F) APPEALS.

(1) THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE COUNTY IN WHICH
THE CHILD RESIDES OR, IF THE CHILD RESIDES IN BALTIMORE
CITY, THE BALTIMORE CITY COURT, SHALL REVIEW, OR PETITION:

(I)   THE DECISION OF THE HEARING BOARD; OR

(II) THE DECISION OF THE MARYLAND SCHOOL FOR THE
BLIND IF A HEARING BOARD DECISION IS NOT MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS
AFTER THE STATE BOARD RECEIVES THE REQUEST FOR REVIEW.

IS BROUGHT BEFORE A CIRCUIT COURT OR THE BALTIMORE CITY
COURT SHALL BE DECIDED AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as Art.
77, §103(e).

In this section, the words "Baltimore City Court"
are substituted for the present words "three
common—law courts of the Supreme Bench" as the
former is the correct reference to the
counterpart of the county circuit court for
appellate purposes in Baltimore City.

In this section, the present reference to "made
from and after January 1, 1978" is deleted as
obsolete.

The last sentence of Art. 77, §103(e) is deleted
as unnecessary.

The only other changes are in style.
