[fifty-one cents (51¢)] 51 CENTS to [one dollar ($1.00)] $1,
[two cents (2¢)] 2 CENTS;

[(2)] (II) On each £ fifty cents (50¢)] 50 CENTS
of price or fraction thereof in excess of [one dollar
($1.00)] $1, [one cent (1¢)] 1 CENT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

does not affect the liability for or the enforcement of any

tax on grain handling equipment accrued prior to the
effective date of this Act.

SECTION 3 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

of a local scenic and wild river advisory board for a
