266DD. (A) THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY TO ANY INDUSTRIAL PROJECT WHICH:
(1) FALLS UNDER §266-O(3) (VIII); (2) HAS A VALUE OVER $10,000; AND (3) SECURES A MORTGAGE LOAN, THE PAYMENT OF WHICH IS INSURED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE. (B) ANY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR AN INDUSTRIAL PROJECT SHALL: (1) BE AWARDED ONLY AS A RESULT OF A COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS IN WHICH THERE ARE AT LEAST THREE BIDS SUBMITTED; (3) BE AWARDED ONLY TO A CONTRACTOR IN WHICH A RACE TRACK HAS NO INTEREST WHATEVER. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 29, 1978.
