SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article — Estates and Trusts

2-108.

(f) Each of the judges of the court for Calvert
County shall receive as annual compensation the sum of
[$1,000] $2,000.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary of the
Orphans' Court judges in office on the effective date of
this Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the
salary of the Orphans' Court judges shall take effect at the
beginning of the next following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Executive Director of the
Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund to reject an
application of insurance if the applicant owes the Fund
any unpaid insurance premium with respect to a prior
policy of insurance, and specifying a condition of
eligibility for insurance by the Fund.
