be used for certain necessary building, construction,

demolition, planning, renovation, conversion,

replacement, deferred maintenance, and equipment
purposes of this State and for acquiring certain real
estate and options in connection therewith; providing
generally for the issue and sale of bonds evidencing
the loan; for the purposes of this Act, modifying the
provisions of Section 8 of Chapter 289 of the Acts of
1971, modifying the provisions of Section 8 of Chapter
886 of the Acts of 1975, and modifying the provisions
of Section 1(8) of Chapter 911 of the Acts of 1976;
amending Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972, the General
Construction Loan of 1972, to reduce the appropriation
for equipment for a new library at Morgan State

University and to supplement the appropriation for

construction of a new Library Building at Morgan State
University: amending Chapter 195 of the Acts of 1973,
the General Construction Loan of 1973, to doleto reduce
the appropriation for the planning and analysis of the
present location and construction of a State Office
Building and to provide supplemental funds for the
planning and design of a building for the Department of
Agriculture; amending Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974,
the General Construction Loan of 1971, to reduce the
appropriation for Construction of Storm Water System at

Salisbury State College and to increase the

appropriation for Construction of Athletic Fields at
Salisbury State College; amending Chapter 8 86 of the
Acts of 1975, the General Construction Loan of 1975, to
reduce the appropriation for construction of a Regional
Institute for Children and Adolescents and to provide
funds for capital equipment for a Regional Institute
for Children and Adolescents; amending Chapter 886 of
the Acts of 1975, the General Construction Loan of
1975, to reduce the appropriations appropriation for
construction related to conversion of Dining Hall No. 1
at the College Park Campus of the University of
Maryland and to provide additional funds for site
improvements of the area adjacent to converted Dining
Hall No. 1 at the College Park Campus of the University
of Maryland; amending Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975,
the General Construction Loan of 1975, to reduce the
appropriation for construction of an addition to the
Service Building at Morgan State University and to
provide funds for capital equipment for an addition to
the Service Euilding at Morgan State University;
amending Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975, the General
Construction Loan of 1975, to reduce the appropriation
to supplement the appropriation for construction of a
Fine Arts Center at St. Mary's College of Maryland and
to provide funds for capital equipment for a Fine Arts
Center at St. Mary's College of Maryland; amending
Chapter 911 of the Acts of 1976, the General
Construction Loan of 1976, to change the location of a
proposed Office-Administration Building at Patapsco
State Park.
