2294 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 792 INVOLVING THREE OR MORE HORSES; AND FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1980 AND ALL SUBSEQUENT CALENDAR YEARS, 13.50 PERCENT OF ALL (b) Each licensee, licensed under § 15 of this YEAR 1978 ONLY, 5 PERCENT OF THE REGULAR MUTUEL POOLS, 7 PERCENT OF THE MULTIPLE MUTUEL POOLS INVOLVING TWO HORSES, THE REGULAR MUTUEL POOLS, 7 PERCENT OF THE MULTIPLE MUTUEL POOLS INVOLVING TWO HORSES, AND 12 PERCENT OF THE MULTIPLE MUTUEL POOLS INVOLVING THREE OR MORE HORSES; FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1980 AND ALL SUBSEQUENT CALENDAR YEARS, 5 PERCENT OF THE REGULAR MUTUEL POOLS, 7 PERCENT OF THE MULTIPLE MUTUEL POOLS INVOLVING TWO HORSES, AND 13 PERCENT OF THE MULTIPLE MUTUEL POOLS INVOLVING THREE OR MORE HORSES. In addition each licensee shall allocate a sum equal to [.50%] 1 0.50 (C) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1978 AND ALL SUBSEQUENT HORSES OR MORE THAN 1 RACE INVOLVING MULTIPLE BETTING ON THREE OR MORE HORSES. 17. this section shall at its option be permitted to avail itself of the pari-mutuel betting privileges granted in this section, retaining for its own use 13 1/2% of the regular mutuel pool and 14 12% of [the] ANY TYPE OF multiple mutuel any, AND 17 PERCENT OF THE MORE THAN TWO HORSE MULTIPLE
