(4) Permitting any person to remain in or upon
the licensed premises who exposes to public view any portion
of his genitals or anus.

(b) A provision of this section does not permit any
conduct or form of attire prohibited by any other provision
of statute, ordinance, rule or regulation in Anne Arundel
County [or], Worcester County for], Harford County, OR CECIL
COUNTY.

(C) IN CECIL COUNTY, IN ADDITION TO THE PENALTY
PROVIDED IN SUBSECTION (A), IF ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES LISTED
IN SUBSECTION (A) ARE FOUND TO OCCUR ON THE PREMISES FOR
WHICH THE LICENSE WAS ISSUED, THE HOLDER OF THE LICENSE, OR
ANY EMPLOYEE, ENTERTAINER, OR PATRON WHO PERFORMS ANY OF THE
LISTED ACTIVITIES, SHALL BE GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND
SHALL BE FINED OR IMPRISONED ACCORDING TO THE PENALTY SET
FORTH IN SECTION 200.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Land Bounding on Navigable Water — Ownership

FOR the purpose of deleting the restriction relating to only
natural persons with regard to accretion to and
improvement in front of land on navigable water and to
the reclamation of lost fast land; and considering that
rights of partnerships, corporations, or associations
which existed prior to a certain date in relation to
natural accretion of land are deemed to still exist
declaring that certain rights which existed prior to a
certain date are continued subsequent to that date to a
certain date as these rights pertain to natural
accretion of land.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
