the granting of a loan, other than for the payment of any
premium to the insurer, for six [(6)] months after
application therefor. The policy shall provide for
automatic premium loan, subject to an election of the party
entitled to elect.

(b) This section [shall] DOES not apply to term
policies nor to term insurance benefits provided by rider or
supplemental policy provisions, or to industrial life
insurance policies.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect January 1, 1979, and shall not impair the
terms and conditions of any policy in force before said
date.

House Numbers

PG/MC 85-78

Maryland - National Capital Park and Planning

Commission — Streets and Houses in Prince George's

County

FOR the purpose of limiting the authority of the

Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission
to rename streets and renumber houses and buildings in
an incorporated municipality in Prince George's County
by permitting the municipality to veto a proposed
change altering the authority of the Commission to
rename a street or renumber a house located in a

municipality in Prince George's County by imposing a

certain condition; and providing that this Act shall
terminate on a certain date.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

and Planning Commission
Section 5-117

Annotated Code of Maryland
(1970 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
