(2)    PERFORMING OR PERMITTING THE PERFORMANCE OF
GROSSLY DEFECTIVE OR DANGEROUS WORK;

(3)    FAILING TO FILE AN APPLICATION WITH A
RECOGNIZED INSPECTION AUTHORITY FOR INSPECTION OF WORK
PERFORMED PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF SUCH WORK EXCEPT IN THE
CASE OF AN EMERGENCY IN WHICH CASE APPLICATION FOR
INSPECTION MAY BE FILED AFTER THE FACT; OR EXCEPT WHEN THE
VALUE OF THE WORK IS LESS THAN $50 IN WHICH CASE APPLICATION
FOR INSPECTION WORK IS NOT NECESSARY;

(4)    FAILURE TO MAKE CORRECTION REQUIRED BY A
NOTICE ISSUED BY THE AUTHORIZED ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR WITHIN
A REASONABLE TIME; OR

(5)    VIOLATIONS OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
CHAPTER OR OF ANY REGULATIONS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THIS
CHAPTER.

7-20.

ALL WORK PERFORMED AND INSTALLED BY A LICENSEE UNDER
THIS CHAPTER SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE THEN CURRENT
EDITION OF THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, NFPA - #70, OR
APPROVED REVISIONS THEREOF, AS MAY BE AMENDED BY THE BOARD
AND SHALL BE CERTIFIED BY THE RECOGNIZED ELECTRICAL
INSPECTION AUTHORITY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Disclaimer of Property Interests

FOR the purpose of revising the procedure for disclaimers of
succession to property interests created by will,
intestacy, or the exercise of testamentary powers of
appointment; granting the right to disclaim transfers
of property interests created by the exercise of
nontestamentary powers of appointment, by
nontestamentary instruments and contracts and property
interests subject to joint tenancies or tenancies by
the entireties; authorizing personal representatives,
guardians, and other representatives to disclaim on
behalf of deceased, minor, or disabled persons;
providing procedures and time limits for disclaimers;
